At LIGNIQUE, we aim to keep our product and website practices clear and accurate. LIGNIQUE is a Windows desktop software product. This website may collect limited contact information if you voluntarily submit it through forms such as waitlist, contact, or early-access requests.

If you contact us or join a waitlist, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and any message or details you choose to send us. This information is used only for communication, support, updates, waitlist management, or early-access enquiries. This website may be hosted or operated using Wix and related website services which may use cookies or standard website infrastructure.
2. App Logic
How the desktop app works: LIGNIQUE is a Windows desktop workflow studio. For live image generation, the app uses the user’s own OpenAI API key. When secure local storage is available, the saved key is encrypted and stored locally. The API key is not uploaded to LIGNIQUE servers.
Generation data: When the user runs live generation, prompts and reference images are sent directly to OpenAI. OpenAI usage and billing are governed by OpenAI’s own terms.
How we use contact info: If you submit details through this site, we use them to respond to enquiries, share updates, manage waitlists, and provide basic support communication.
Local device data: The desktop app may store local workflow information on the user’s device, such as recent outputs and lock-related data needed for the app experience locally.

The desktop software itself is designed around a local workflow and a user-provided OpenAI API key. This key is stored securely on your machine and is never shared with our central servers.
